Ultima Legal Services have been specialising in expert witness services for over 10 years.

In that time, we have obtained many thousands of reports from a variety of experts including Chartered Surveyors, Environmental Health Officers, Doctors and Psychologists to name but a few. We have been instructed by over 100 firms of solicitors to produce CPR Part 35 and CPr Part 19 witness reports.

Our management have been in the legal sector for 40 years and use this experience to ensure quality reports are available for litigations and private prosecutions.

We are happy to source reports for Claimants/Complainants and Defendants on a sole or single joint basis. We are usually able to accommodate urgent reports (for interim injunctions etc), please contact us if these are needed.
